Refund & Return Policy

All products from Mother's Garden Botanica are crafted for spiritual use — it is up to you to keep the magic alive. We believe that intention is at the heart of every purchase, and we honor the energy you bring to your practice.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement at no charge. Replacement requests submitted without photo evidence of the damage cannot be processed.
