Welcome to Mother's Garden Botanica. By visiting our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Mother's Garden Botanica. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. Our Products All products are intended for spiritual use. We make every effort to display product information, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to update or correct any errors at any time.
3. Payment By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
4. Processing & Shipping Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
5. Refunds & Replacements All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Mother's Garden Botanica and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability Mother's Garden Botanica is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our products are for spiritual use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
8. Product Safety — Fire & Burn Hazards Some of our products, including candles and incense, involve open flames and should be used with care. By purchasing these items, you agree to follow all safety guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Never leave burning candles or incense unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Always burn on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from drafts, vents, and flammable objects
- Trim wicks to ¼ inch before each use (candles)
- Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Discontinue use when only ½ inch of wax remains
Mother's Garden Botanica is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products. Use at your own risk and always practice fire safety.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
